Did you have similar problem when download sketch to Galileo board? "there is an error "/dev/ttyS16: No such file or directory"

C:\directory\arduino-1.5.3/hardware/arduino/x86/tools/izmir/clupload_win.sh: line34: /dev/ttyS16: No such file or directory.

This is my first time have such problem. My previous version sketch worked well. Anyone know what's this problem and how to fix it?
