I can confirm same issue on DC3217BU (i3) and DN2820FYKH both with latest current BIOS updates and the following types of install media;
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 DVD booted in UEFI mode and
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 USB Key booted in UEFI mode
The USB key has worked on multiple Lenovo systems for a UEFI install.
I really hope they fix this issue soon, it is really ruining the experience knowing that I will format and reinstall once the issue is fixed (assuming it will even be fixed.)
This is not the Intel quality I am accustomed to.
