Make sure to install all the Windows 10 updates that had come out since the latest October update 1809. Doing this, it will possibly include the latest driver DCH 25.20.100.6444. If the driver is not loaded to your system, please check the following thread to install it: https://communities.intel.com/thread/146174. Once done, please test the scenario and provide a screenshot if the issue persists.
